There is hereby created in the City a regular Fire Department.
The Fire Department shall consist of a Fire Chief and such other officers
as the City Council deems necessary.

The Fire Chief and all regular Firefighters of the City shall
receive such compensation, expense allowances, etc., as may be fixed
from time to time by the City Council.
