It shall be unlawful for any person within the City of Pittston to carry any firearm, slingshot, handy-billy, blackjack, cross-knuckles, steel knuckles, dirk knife, stiletto, razor, or any other deadly weapon, concealed upon his person, with the intent therewith unlawfully and maliciously to do injury to any other person, and such an intent may be inferred as aforesaid from the fact of the said defendant carrying such weapons in the manner as aforesaid.
Any person violating any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine or penalty not exceeding $1,000 and, in default of payment thereof, shall be committed to the County Jail for a period not exceeding 30 days.
