Article IX Adoption of Standards

§ 207-43 Adoption of standards by reference.

Penn Township Ordinance No. 683, dated February 18, 2008, is hereby adopted for use of the public sewer system in West Manheim Township, York County, Pennsylvania, and that ordinance is adopted as attached as if same were herein set forth in full text.[1]

§ 207-44 Enforcement.

This Part 3 further delegates the authority for enforcement to Penn Township, York County, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 683.

§ 207-45 Applicability.

This Part 3 applies to all West Manheim Township, York County, residents and to persons within and outside the Township who are users of the West Manheim Township public sewer system, which discharges sewage into the Penn Township, York County, Pennsylvania, municipal wastewater collection and treatment system.
