All of that portion of Fourth Street in the City of Platte City,
Missouri, lying between U.S. Highway 92 and the southerly City limit
boundary of the City is declared to be a parkway and the same shall
be posted as a "Parkway".

No parking shall be permitted upon or along a parkway and no
person shall allow a vehicle to stand or park along a parkway for
a period in excess of fifteen (15) minutes. Furthermore, any and all
other ordinances of the City regulating the stopping, standing or
parking along a public street shall apply to parkways, except that
no such ordinance shall be construed to allow parking contrary to
the provisions hereof.
