All motor vehicles bearing a commercial registration, including
tractor-trailer combinations or any part thereof; all buses, including
but not limited to those normally termed "minibuses"; and all vehicles
bearing advertising, which indicates other than private use, are prohibited
from parking between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on all Village
roads within the Village of Islandia.
