Nothing contained in this Chapter shall affect the continuation
of retail liquor establishments which were properly located in conformity
with the provisions of those ordinances of the City of Eldon in effect
prior to the enactment of this Chapter.

No liquor permit or license as herein provided for shall be
issued unless the laws, regulations and requirements of the State
of Missouri relating to liquor licenses are met and complied with.

Any provisions herein which conflict with Missouri laws or regulation
relating to liquor control shall be deemed void.

Any Law Enforcement Officer, City, County, State or Federal,
including personnel of the Department of Liquor Control of the State
of Missouri, are hereby authorized to enforce or assist the City Marshall
of the City of Eldon, Missouri, in the enforcement of all of the provisions
of this Chapter.
