Any person, firm or business entity who shall violate any of
the provisions of this Chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined an
amount not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment
not exceeding ninety (90) days, or both such fine and imprisonment
for each violation. Each day such violation exists shall be a separate
offense.
