It is the desire of the Board of Supervisors of Lower Salford Township, Montgomery County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to organize an Industrial Development Authority in the Township, under the Economic Development Financing Law.[1]

In pursuit of said desire and intention, and in conformity with the terms and provisions of the Economic Development Financing Law, Articles of Incorporation shall be submitted to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on a date certain not sooner than three days following publication of the notice as required by 73 P.S. § 374. The Articles of Incorporation of the Authority shall be executed by and on behalf of the Board of Supervisors of Lower Salford Township by the Chairman of the Board. The seal of Lower Salford Township shall be affixed thereto and attested to by the Secretary of the Board.
