A. Allowable
industrial zone uses shall be:
1. I-1 zone.
a. Any use permitted in a B-2 zone, excluding residential uses and places
of public worship.
b. Any light manufacturing or industrial use, such as warehouses consisting
of more than six hundred (600) square foot units.
c. Stadiums, arenas and other places of similar use.
d. Research and testing laboratories.
e. Product distribution centers.
i. Commercial laundry and/or dry cleaning plants.
j. Public and governmental services.
l. Medical Marijuana-Infused Products Manufacturing Facility.

2. 1-2 zone.
a. Any use permitted in the I-1 zone and breweries.
b. Liquid fertilizer manufacturing and/or mixing
e. A regional recycling center (limited to one (1) within the jurisdiction).
f. Auto dismantling yards when totally screened on all sides to a height
of twelve (12) feet.
h. Veterinary/animal hospitals, with or without outside holding pens.
i. Heavy construction equipment sales and service.
j. Animal feed manufacturing.
m. Communication and telecommunication towers having a total height
of not exceeding two hundred (200) feet and other similar uses.
n. Medical Marijuana Cultivation Facility.

The minimum area, setbacks, density and maximum height shall
be as prescribed in Table 702.1. Off-street parking shall be as required
by Chapter XVIII of this Chapter.

The following uses shall be considered as a special use within the I-2 zone and shall follow the procedure outlined in Article
XXII of this Chapter. Central mixing plants for concrete including on-site storage of materials; mixing plant for asphalt paving and storage of materials; lumber and/or wood building materials manufacturing; stockyards for the confinement, sale or transportation of livestock; commercial, agricultural-related industrials and operations including organic fertilizer storage, drying and mixing operations; radio and television transmission and receiving towers and telecommunication towers exceeding two hundred (200) feet in height; and above ground facilities for gasoline or other similar fuels. A billboard shall be considered a special use within the I-1 zones. All special uses shall follow the procedure outlined in Article
XXII of this Chapter.

Accessory towers, satellite dishes and similar structures
shall be permitted to exceed the maximum height when approved by the
Code Official.

There shall be a minimum of fifty (50) feet when lot
abuts R zone with a minimum of twenty (20) feet to be utilized as
a planting strip (buffer zone).
