Section 402.029 Building Code Official. [1]

The responsibility of the Building Code Official shall be the administration and enforcement of all provisions of adopted building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, property maintenance codes and related references to the same as adopted by the City of St. Robert Board of Aldermen. Additionally, the Building Code Official is authorized to accept and act upon all applications required by this regulation in the absence of the Administrator.
