Sale or distribution of beverages under licenses issued pursuant to this Article shall be permitted 24 hours a day, weekdays and weekends, without time restriction, except as provided by the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
No licensee or employee of a licensee shall sell, serve or deliver, directly or indirectly, any alcoholic beverages to any intoxicated person or person under the legal age, or permit the consumption of alcoholic beverages on any licensed premises by any of the above-named persons. All licensees shall expose conspicuously in the place of business the license issued by the City of Absecon. [N.J.S.A. 33:1-39]

No person shall be served in any back room or side room that is not open to the use of the public generally, except that in hotels, guests may be served in their rooms or in private or public dining rooms.
