The State of New Jersey Model Code Ordinance for Stationary
Sources and the State of New Jersey Model Code Ordinance for Mobile
Sources, which may be found on file in City offices and made a part
hereof, are hereby adopted by reference though not fully set forth
herein.

This adoption by reference is in accord with the Public Health
and Sanitation Code Adoption by Reference Act (N.J.S.A. 26:3-69.1
through 26:3-69.6).
