As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
A device or manufacture of a rigid, buoyant material of approximately three feet in length, designed or suitable to be held or laid upon for the purpose of riding ocean waves.

The area of the ocean adjoining the shoreline in the public park of the City of Atlantic City.
A device or manufacture of a rigid, buoyant material of approximately six feet to 10 feet in length, designed or suitable either to be stood or laid upon for the purpose of riding ocean waves.

Standing or lying on a surfboard for the purpose of riding ocean waves; or lying on a body-board for the purpose of riding ocean waves.
