City of Weston, MO Article I Water Production Superintendent and Superintendent of Public Works

Section 700.010 Position Established for Water Production Superintendent — Responsibilities.

There is hereby created the position of Water Production Superintendent who shall have the responsibility for water production, water testing, inspecting cross-control connections and the providing of water service to residents of the City of Weston and all other purchasers of water from the City of Weston. The specific duties of the Water Production Superintendent shall be set forth in a job description to be approved by the Board of Aldermen.

Section 700.020 Superintendent of Public Works — Establishment of Position — Duties and Responsibilities.

There is hereby created the position of Superintendent of Public Works who shall have the responsibility for water distribution, sewers, parks, streets and those duties and responsibilities previously assigned by the ordinances of the City of Weston to the City Engineer. The specific duties of the Superintendent of Public Works shall be set forth in a job description to be approved by the Board of Aldermen.
