The restrictions set forth in this article shall apply to the
municipal parking lot that is adjacent to the Borough of Edgewater
Historic Borough Hall located at 916 River Road, Edgewater, New Jersey,
hereinafter referred to as the "Historic Borough Hall Parking Lot."
Parking is permitted in the Historic Borough Hall Parking Lot
only for employees of the Borough of Edgewater who work at Historic
Borough Hall and for other individuals conducting business at Historic
Borough Hall. Parking in this lot for all other purposes is expressly
prohibited.
This article shall be enforced by the Police Department of the
Borough of Edgewater.
