In accordance with Section 365.040 and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for more than two (2) hours upon any of the streets or parts of streets as follows:

of East Breckenridge and the 9200 block of Tudor Avenue.

Two (2) hour parking at all times with the exception of Bristol
Avenue residents displaying a parking permit in the lower right-hand
corner of the windshield of each automobile owned by said resident;
or upon prior request of residents to exempt house guests; or for
delivery vehicles making deliveries. (Said parking permits to be obtained
from the City Clerk or assistants.)
