Commercial vehicles and trucks have restricted weight limitations
and are prohibited in the following locations:

Location

No person shall operate or park a truck or other self-propelled
vehicle of a weight of eighteen thousand (18,000) pounds or greater
on the portion of Elsa Avenue which is located from its intersection
with Isolda Avenue south to the footbridge. This prohibition shall
not apply to vehicles engaged in public health or safety functions.

No person shall operate a truck or other self-propelled vehicle
of a licensed weight of twenty-four thousand (24,000) pounds or greater
on any street, avenue, alley or byway of the City of Breckenridge
Hills, Missouri.

Exception:
|
This prohibition shall not apply to vehicles engaged in public
health or safety functions or those engaged in local pickup and delivery
within the corporate limits of the City of Breckenridge Hills. This
shall also not apply to any State highway within the City of Breckenridge
Hills or to those traveling on Woodson Road between Baltimore Avenue
and St. Charles Rock Road.
