Upon the order of the Mayor of the City of Breckenridge Hills
or the Chief of Police of the City of Breckenridge Hills, the following
streets within said City shall be designated as snow routes:

It shall be unlawful to permit any motor vehicle to remain upon
said streets and, after proper notification by a member of the Police
Department of the City of Breckenridge Hills, Missouri, any owner
or operator failing to remove such parked motor vehicle shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor and said vehicle shall be towed at the owner's
expense.
