A. 
In accordance with Section 315.140, the City Traffic Engineer shall place and maintain crosswalks for pedestrian crossing at the following portions of roadways in the City:
Crosswalk locations:
On the northbound approach of Highway 47 adjacent and south of the intersection of Highway 47 and Walton Street.
On the southbound approach of Highway 47 adjacent and north of the intersection of Highway 47 and Ashland Avenue.
On the westbound approach of Main Street adjacent and east of the intersection of Main Street and Kuhl Avenue.
On the westbound approach of Vosholl Avenue adjacent and east of the intersection of Vosholl Avenue and Kuhl Avenue.
On the northbound approach of Kuhl Avenue adjacent and south of the intersection of Kuhl Avenue and Main Street.
Warrior Avenue at Warrior Ridge, eastbound and westbound approach.
B. 
Traffic Control Signals Established.
Traffic control signals, being manually operated and carried stop signs, by which traffic is alternately directed to stop and to proceed shall be maintained at the above established crosswalks.
C. 
Traffic Control Signals To Be Obeyed.
The driver of any vehicle approaching a stop sign operated pursuant to Subsection (B) above shall stop before entering the crosswalk and such traffic control signal shall be obeyed as provided in Section 315.030.
