In accordance with Section 315.010, the City Traffic Engineer shall place and maintain traffic control signals exhibiting different colored lights, or colored lighted arrows, which shall indicate and apply to drivers of vehicles and pedestrians the instructions set forth in Section 315.060 at the following streets, intersections and locations in the City of Warrenton:
