The Township Manager shall annually prepare a capital improvements
program of public structures and improvements, in accordance with
Section 65 of Public Act 33 of 2008 (MCL § 125.3865),
subject to final approval by the Township Board. The capital improvements
program shall show those public structures and improvements, in the
general order of their priority, that in the Township Board's
judgment will be needed and desirable and can be undertaken within
the ensuing six-year period. The program may be part of the annual
budget.
