All mobile home parks designed for or having in excess of 12
mobile home units shall be connected to a public water system owned
and operated by the Township. Any such mobile home park within a radius
of one mile of an existing Township water system shall connect to
this system within a one-mile radius as deemed advisable and sufficient
by the superintendent of public works. All on-site and off-site design
and construction of water facilities and appurtenances shall be in
compliance with the Meridian Township Water System Engineering and
Construction Standards of September, 1966. Upon completion of all
construction of water facilities by the developer and approval of
such facilities by the Township and state public Health Department,
these water facilities shall be dedicated free and clear to the Township
for the sum of $1. Only after dedication of the water system to the
Township and acceptance of the system by the Township Board may water
be supplied to any resident of the mobile home park. Any mobile home
park, irrespective of planned capacity, having direct access to a
public water system shall connect thereto. If connection to a public
system is not available, the water shall be obtained from a source
approved by the Health Officer and the Township Engineer. A connection
from the park system shall be provided for each mobile home site.
The system of lateral mains and supply sources shall be dedicated
to the Township at the time of approval or at the time that such system
is joined to the public system. The date of dedication shall be at
the opinion of the Township.

of one mile of an existing Township sanitary sewer system shall connect
to this system at a point or points within said one-mile radius as
deemed available and with sufficient capacity as determined by the
superintendent of public works. All on-site and off-site design and
construction of sanitary sewer facilities and appurtenances shall
be in compliance with the Meridian Township Sewer Construction Regulations
and Specifications of January, 1968. Upon completion of all construction
of sanitary sewer facilities by the developer and approval of such
facilities by the Township and state public Health Department, these
sewer facilities shall be dedicated free and clear to the Township
for the sum of $1. Only after dedication of the sewer system to the
Township and acceptance of the system by the Township Board may any
resident of the mobile home park connect to such system. Any mobile
home park, irrespective of planned capacity, having direct access
to the Township sanitary sewer system shall connect thereto. Any system
for disposal of sanitary sewage other than through the Township system
shall be approved by the Township Engineer and county Health Department.
A connection for the park sewage system shall be proved for each mobile
home site.

Each park shall contain an electrical system which shall be
installed and maintained in accordance with applicable codes and regulations
governing such systems. The electrical distribution system shall be
installed underground with electrical meters being placed on a uniform
type of post at each mobile home site throughout the park.

Each park shall contain a central television antenna with service
to each mobile home site. Individual antennas on mobile homes shall
be prohibited.
