(a) 
It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly or recklessly obstruct, resist, hinder, or oppose any member of the Police Department or any peace officer while on duty.
(b) 
It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly and willfully furnish to any member of the Police Department or any peace officer while on duty, false, forged, fictitious, or misleading verbal or written information, in connection with an investigation of a violation of any of the provisions of these articles, or any other state or federal law.
