Enforcement of this chapter shall be the responsibility of the
Township Supervisor, or the Township Manager, if one is appointed,
who may delegate such responsibility to appropriate Township employees
or officers. Such officers shall have the authority to enforce this
chapter in accordance with requirements and procedures set forth in
this article.

The Township Manager, building inspectors, code enforcement
officers, police officers, Fire Marshal, and Township fire inspectors
are hereby designated as the authorized Township officials to issue
municipal civil infraction citations directing alleged violators to
appear in court or municipal civil infraction violation notices directing
alleged violators to appear at the Township municipal ordinance violations
bureau as provided by this Code.
