A.
The provisions
of the following sections of the Wisconsin Statutes are hereby adopted
by reference and made a part of this article so far as applicable.
Whenever this article incorporates by reference specific sections
of the Wisconsin Statutes or generally refers to them, such reference
shall mean the Wisconsin Statutes as from time to time amended, repealed,
or modified by the Wisconsin Legislature.

Any person who shall violate the provisions of this article shall be punishable as prescribed in Chapter 40, Fees and Penalties, of this Code.
