Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:49-5 the penalties
for violations of any ordinance of the Borough of Buena shall include
one or more of the following: imprisonment in the County Jail for
a term not exceeding 90 days, community service not exceeding 90 days
and/or for a first offense a fine in the minimum amount of $100 and
not more than $300; for a second offense a fine in the minimum amount
of $200 and not more than $500; for a third and subsequent offence
a fine in the minimum amount of $400 and not exceeding $2,000, except
as otherwise provided herein.
