A. 
That the Municipal sales tax on all sales of metered water service, electricity, electrical current, natural, artificial or propane gas, wood, coal or home heating oil used for non-business, non-commercial or non-industrial purposes heretofore imposed within the corporate limits of this Municipality is hereby reimposed.
B. 
That the rate of taxation shall be, as heretofore, two percent (2%).

It is hereby declared to be the intention of the City of Peculiar, Missouri, to impose a tax of one half (1/2) of one percent (1%) for local parks purposes upon all sales of metered water service, electricity, electrical current, and natural, artificial, or propane gas, wood, coal, or home heating oil for domestic use, pursuant to the authority and subject to the provisions of Section 644.032, RSMo.

It is hereby declared to be the intention of the City of Peculiar, Missouri, to impose a tax of one-half of one percent (.5%) for transportation purposes upon all sales of metered water service, electricity, electrical current, and natural, artificial, or propane gas, wood, coal, or home heating oil for domestic use.
B. 
It is hereby redeclared to be the intention of the City of Peculiar, Missouri, to impose a tax of one half (1/2) of one percent (1%) for transportation purposes upon all sales of metered water service, electricity, electrical current, and natural, artificial, or propane gas, wood, coal, or home heating oil for domestic use, pursuant to the authority and subject to the provisions of Sections 94.700 to 94.755 RSMo.

It is hereby declared to be the intention of the City of Peculiar, Missouri, if allowed by Statutes of the State of Missouri, to impose a tax of one-half of one percent (.5%) for the purpose of funding capital improvements, including the operation and maintenance of capital improvements, upon all sales of metered water service, electricity, electrical current, and natural, artificial, or propane gas, wood, coal or home heating oil for domestic use.
