Swimming pool fees.[1]
(a)
For the issuance of a permit to locate and/or relocate, construct
or reconstruct a commercial swimming pool: $500.
(b)
For the issuance or renewal of a license to operate a commercial
swimming pool: $300. For each additional commercial swimming pool
located on the same premises, there shall be paid an additional fee
of $50.
(c)
For the issuance of a permit to alter a commercial swimming
pool or repair the same: $150.

All licenses and permits are to be renewed by January 31. Licenses
not renewed by January 31 are subject to a fine. The members of the
Board of Health shall decipher any discrepancy in class.

Any person, licensee or permittee who violates any provision
of or order promulgated under this chapter or who shall not obtain
the appropriate license or permit shall, upon conviction thereof,
be liable to a penalty of not less than $100 nor more than $500 for
each violation. Each day a particular violation continues shall constitute
a separate offense.
