Editor's Note: Section 2 of L.L. No. 3-1985, which repealed Sections 350, 351, 351A, 352, 353, 354, 355, 356, 360 and 361, which comprised this Article, provided as follows: "The rights and remedies of the holders of any outstanding tax liens provided for in Sections 350 through 361 of the Charter of the City of New Rochelle shall continue until the final disposition of such tax liens.
