The Millcreek Township Zoning Ordinance is incorporated herein
by reference and shall by its terms apply to all subdivisions and developments of land. Any provisions of this chapter in conflict with provisions of Chapter
145, Zoning, shall, for purposes of submission and action upon development plans and accesses to Township streets, control over contrary provisions in Chapter
145, Zoning. Chapter
116, Stormwater Management, Chapter
70, Part
7, Floodplain, and Chapter
70, Part
4, Manufactured Home Parks, shall be deemed to be individual ordinances incorporated (as they may in the future be amended) as Articles
XII,
XIII and
XIV of this chapter.
