The purpose of this article is to protect the health, safety
and welfare of Borough residents and the motoring public by prohibiting
the placement of basketball and other sports equipment in the public
roadways.
Basketball and other sports equipment, poles, nets or hoops
of any kind are hereby prohibited on any public street or roadway
within the Borough of Wood-Ridge.
It shall be the duty of the Borough of Wood-Ridge Police Department
to enforce the provisions of this article.
