A.
SEMI-TRAILER TRUCK
The
following word shall have the defined meaning within the context of
this Chapter.
A motor vehicle commonly designed to draw a semi-trailer
and its cargo over the public highways.

All
other terms not specifically defined herein shall use definitions
outlined in State law.

A.
No
person shall park a semi-trailer truck, or any portion thereof including
the detached semi-trailer, on any public street or right-of-way as
follows:
1.
At any time in a residential zoning district; or
2.
Between the hours of 5:00 p.m. through 8:00 a.m. in all zoning districts
except residential zoning districts.
Nor shall any person use any public street or right-of-way for
the purpose of repairing or reconditioning any such semi-trailer truck,
or any portion thereof, except when repairs shall be necessitated
by an emergency. This Section shall not apply when actively loading
or unloading a semi-trailer truck.

Other motorized equipment, such as used in construction and
weighing over twelve thousand (12,000) pounds, may not be left in
a residential zone except when actively being used in a permitted
construction project. No motorized equipment may be parked on a public
right-of-way at any time.

Implements o f husbandry which are over eight (8) feet in width
will not be permitted in residential zoning districts. Vehicles commonly
known as "farm tractors" along with attached implements, not exceeding
eight (8) feet in width, are not restricted in access to residential
zoning districts but they may not be parked or stored on public right-of-way.
