City of Ozark, MO Article VIII International Fuel Gas Code

Section 500.150 Adoption of International Fuel Gas Code.

The Board of Aldermen hereby adopts the 2018 International Fuel Gas Code, including Appendices A, B, C and D, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., as if spelled out herein, save and except such portions thereof as are hereinafter deleted, modified, or amended, for the control of building and structures as herein provided. A copy of said code is on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Ozark, Missouri.

Section 500.160 Deletions, Modifications, Amendments, And Additions.

A. The 2018 International Fuel Gas Code, as adopted, is hereby amended and changed as follows:

1. Amend Section 101.1 by adding the following language: City of Ozark.

2. Delete Section 103 in its entirety.

3. Delete Section 106.6.1 in its entirety.

4. Amend Section 106.6.2, Fee Schedule, by adding the following language: See Section 500.190 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Ozark.

5. Delete Section 106.6.3 in its entirety.

6. Delete the language in Section 108.4 in its entirety and insert, in lieu thereof, the following language: See Section 500.200 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Ozark.

7. Delete the language of Section 108.5 in its entirety and insert, in lieu thereof, the following language: See Section 500.200 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Ozark.

8. Delete Section 109 in its entirety.
