Section 500.183 Adoption of the International Existing Buildings Code.

The Board of Aldermen hereby adopts the 2018 International Existing Buildings Code, including Appendices A and B, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., as if spelled out herein, save and except such portions thereof as are hereinafter deleted, modified, or amended, for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided. A copy of said code is on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Ozark, Missouri.

Section 500.185 Deletions, Modifications, Amendments, And Additions.

A. The 2018 International Existing Building Code, as adopted, is hereby amended and changed as follows:

1. Amending Section 101.1 by adding the following language: City of Ozark.
