It shall be unlawful for any person to play any ball game on
the public streets of the City, or to throw a ball, stick, rock or
other object along or across any of the public streets.

No person shall conduct, operate, manage or sponsor any Ferris
wheel, merry-go-round or other amusement ride operated for hire or
for the purpose of promoting or advertising any trade or business,
without first filing with the City Clerk a certificate of liability
insurance in the amount of at least two hundred fifty thousand dollars
($250,000.00), indemnifying the public against damages sustained by
reason of the operation of such ride. Such bond or certificate of
insurance shall be subject to the approval of the City Attorney. This
Section shall apply to all persons, whether or not a license is required
by any other provision of this Code or City ordinance.

Any person shall be deemed to be the keeper of a billiard hall
or poolroom, within the meaning of this Article, who has a room in
which he has billiard tables or pool tables on which he permits persons
to play for hire either in money, goods or property of any kind.

Any place of business having one (1) or more pool or billiard
tables which are open to the public to play upon, and fifty percent
(50%) or more of the receipts of such business are derived from the
operation of such tables, is hereby designated a pool hall or billiard
room.

A.
No licensed keeper of any table described in Section 615.040 shall allow any person under the age of sixteen (16) years to play on any such table without first having obtained the permission of such persons' parent or guardian.
B.
No licensed keeper of any table described in Section 615.040 who serves alcoholic beverages or intoxicating wines and liquors in the establishment where the table is found shall allow any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years to play upon such table; provided however, that this Subsection shall not apply to establishments where such tables described in Section 615.040 are separate from the location where alcoholic beverages are served.
C.
Any
person who violates this Section is guilty of an offense for each
violation.

No pool hall or billiard room shall open for business prior
to 8:00 A.M. and shall be closed no later than 12:00 A.M., Midnight
of every business day.

The interior of any pool hall or billiard room shall be completely
open and visible to any person outside of or within such hall or room.
