In R-2 Residence Districts, the following regulations shall apply:
A. 
Uses permitted:
(1) 
All uses permitted in R-1 Residence Districts and subject to all the controls set forth therein.
(2) 
Dwellings:
(a) 
One-family semidetached.
(b) 
Two-family detached.
(c) 
Multiple and/or group.
(3) 
Lodging houses and boardinghouses.
(4) 
Home occupations.
(5) 
No-impact home-based businesses.[1]

(6) 
Accessory buildings and uses on the same lot with and customarily incidental to any of the above permitted uses and which may include a private garage.
B. 
Conditional uses:
(1) 
Trailer camps are permitted only as a conditional use, subject to required notices and public hearings and further subject to the controls set forth under Article IV, § 500-11F hereof.[2]

(2) 
Trailers shall be permitted only when parked or stored in an approved trailer camp or on a temporary basis as permitted under Article IV, § 500-11G, hereof.
A. 
Height regulations. See Article V, § 500-23A.
B. 
Area regulations. See Article V, § 500-23B.
(1) 
One-family detached dwelling: 5,000 square feet.
(2) 
One-family semidetached dwelling: 3,000 square feet per dwelling unit.
(3) 
Two-family detached dwelling: 2,500 square feet per dwelling unit.
(4) 
Multiple and/or group dwellings: not less than 6,000 square feet or 2,500 square feet per dwelling unit, whichever requirement is the greater.
C. 
Coverage regulations. All buildings, including accessory buildings, shall not cover more than 35% of the area of the lot.

Yard regulations.

Parking shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of Article XI hereof.
