Editor's Note: The provisions of Article VIIA, as enacted by this local law, were derived from former Part B of Article VII, c. 755, L. 1907, as amended. Local Law No. 2-1980, which pertained to the consolidation of the Department of Environmental Services and the Department of Engineering and Maintenance, provided for the renumbering of former Part B, Streets and Sidewalks, §§ 7A-11 through 7A-19, as §§ 7-11 through 7-19, and for the renumbering of former Part C, Water and Waterworks System, §§ 7A-20 through 7A-29, as §§ 7-20 through 7-29.
