The Washington Township Tax Collector is hereby
authorized to charge a fee for the preparation of a tax certification
that sets forth the status of Township real estate taxes for any parcel
of real estate located within Washington Township.

The amount of the tax certification fee to be
charged by the Washington Township Tax Collector is hereby established
at $20 for each certification requested. The amount of this fee may
be changed from time to time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors
of Washington Township. In addition, when requests are made for duplicate
bills, a fee shall be established of $2 for each duplicate bill requested.
The Washington Township Tax Collector shall
retain the certification fee as reimbursement for expenses incurred
in researching the status of the Township real estate taxes for the
parcel requested and preparing and mailing the certification to the
requestor.
