A certain document, one (1) copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Cabool, Missouri, being marked and designated as "The BOCA National Plumbing Code, Ninth Edition, 1993", as published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., be and is hereby adopted as the "PLUMBING CODE OF THE CITY OF CABOOL, MISSOURI": for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said "BOCA National Plumbing Code" are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this Article, with the additions, insertions, and changes, if any, as provided in Section 500.080.

The following Sections are hereby revised as follows:
Section P-101.1 (page 1, second line). Insert: "City of Cabool" (for name of jurisdiction).
Section P-113.2 (page 4, third line). Insert "The fee charged by the City of Cabool for all plumbing work will be the cost of material and labor furnished by the City for that particular project."
Section P-116.4 (page 5, seventh, eighth and ninth lines). Insert: "Ordinance Violation" (for specify offense); "Five hundred dollars ($500.00)" (for amount); and "ninety (90) days" (for number of days).
Section P-117.2 (page 5, fifth and sixth lines). Insert: "One dollar ($1.00)" (for the first amount) and five hundred dollars ($500.00)" (for the second amount").
Section P-304.3 (page 13, third and fourth lines). Insert: "Where the structure is located on property adjacent to the public water main or sewer or adjacent to a right-of-way upon which is located the public water main or sewer".
Section P-309.4 (page 14, second and third lines). Insert: "Two (2) feet" (for depth in feet) and "twenty-four (24) inches" (for depth in inches).
Section P-309.5 (page 14, second and fourth lines). Insert: "Twelve (12) inches" (in both locations).
Any person who shall violate a provision of the Plumbing Code adopted herein or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof or who shall erect, construct, alter or repair a building or structure in violation of an approved plan of or directive of the Code Official, or of a permit or certificate issued under the provision of this code, shall be guilty of an ordinance violation, punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment not exceeding ninety (90) days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense.
