A certain document, one (1) copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Cabool, Missouri, being marked and designated as "The BOCA National Mechanical Code, Eighth Edition, 1993", as published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., be and is hereby adopted as the "MECHANICAL CODE OF THE CITY OF CABOOL, MISSOURI": for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions, and terms of said "BOCA National Mechanical Code" are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this Article, with the additions, insertions, and changes, if any, as provided in Section 500.100.

The following Sections are hereby revised as follows:
Section M-101.1 Insert: "City of Cabool" (for name of jurisdiction).
Section M-113.2 Insert: "Twenty dollars ($20.00) per hour" (for fee schedule).
Section M-113.3 Insert: "Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per hour" (for fee schedule).
Section M-116.4 Insert: "Ordinance Violation" (for offense); "Five hundred dollars ($500.00)" (for amount); and "ninety days (90) days" (for number of days).
Section M-117.2 Insert: "One dollar ($1.00)" (for first amount) and "five hundred dollars ($500.00)" (for second amount).
Any person who shall violate a provision of the Mechanical Code adopted herein or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof or who shall erect, construct, alter or repair a building or structure in violation of an approved plan of or directive of the Code Official, or of a permit or certificate issued under the provision of this code, shall be guilty of an ordinance violation, punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment not exceeding ninety (90) days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense.
