Section 705.010 Department of Public Works Established.

There is hereby established a department of the City to be known as the Department of Public Works.

Section 705.020 Office of Director of Public Works Created.

Section 705.080 Revenue of Waterworks to Be Credited to Special Fund — Use of Fund.

A. All income, revenue and receipts of any kind derived from the operation and maintenance of the waterworks by the City shall be credited and constitute a special fund for the Department of Public Works, which fund shall be kept separate and apart from all other City funds.

B. All expenses of the Department of Public Works and the costs of all repairs, enlargements and extensions of the waterworks by the City shall, except as otherwise provided, be paid out of the special fund established by Subsection (A).
