It shall be unlawful for any person to advertise any goods, wares or merchandise of any kind by the use of any amplifying equipment used by or mounted on any vehicle, boat or aircraft without first having obtained a permit therefor from the City Manager.

It shall be unlawful for any person to attach any gummed sticker to any automobile without the consent of the owner of such automobile within the City.

It shall be unlawful for any person to fish, swim or cause to be propelled or used any boat or engage in any other activities within five hundred (500) feet of the water intake in the Black River.

Any person camping (see temporary housing) within the City limits upon any street, alley, right-of-way, any public property, or upon any private property without the consent of the owner and without permission from the City of Poplar Bluff shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation.
