Every applicant for a license for the keeping, storage, manufacture,
or sale of gunpowder, dynamite, crude petroleum, or any of its products
shall, upon the issuance to him of such license, pay a fee as follows:
A.
Gunpowder or dynamite: $50.
B.
Rockets and fireworks: $50.
C.
Crude petroleum or any of its products:
(1)
For private keeping or storage: $25.
(2)
For commercial keeping, storage, manufacture or sale in tanks, for
a total capacity of 3,000 gallons or less: $75.
(3)
For additional capacity for commercial keeping, storage, manufacture
or sale in tanks, the following additional fees shall also apply:

Every applicant for a renewal of a certificate of use and occupancy shall pay a fee equal to 1/2 of the license fee as established in § 250-8.
