The fees set out below shall be charged by the Fire Department
for inspections, permits and services performed by the Department;
however, any institution or school that is publicly owned and under
the exclusive control, order and supervision of public officers or
public agents authorized by the commonwealth or federal authority,
or both, is exempt from fee number (34), annual radio box monitoring:
