No signs, placards, posters or other advertising material shall
be nailed or erected or in any other way attached to or placed upon
any tree or pole that comes under the jurisdiction of the City for
its care and maintenance.
No person shall distribute or cause to be distributed any commercial
handbill, circular, programme or advertising matter in or upon any
street or sidewalk in the City, or any vehicle thereon, excepting
to place the same within the doors of stores, offices and business
houses, and at the doors of residences.
