of up to 4 square feet per off-premises use and up to 16 square feet
total.

Three or more businesses that are not adjacent to an arterial
or collector road may jointly erect 1 freestanding sign off-site,
which shall not exceed 10 feet in height and 100 square feet in area.
The sign shall be located within 1,000 feet of the businesses being
advertised and be on property zoned I-1 or I-2.

Two signs are permitted for each stacking lane of an accessory
