or prohibit stopping, standing or parking; regulation of traffic by

emergency situations not allowing for consideration by the Board of
Supervisors at a public meeting, the Chief of Police or his designee
shall have authority to exercise powers of administration and enforcement

Reasonable exercise of police powers requires implementation
and enforcement of temporary or experimental traffic regulations as

to emergencies or special conditions existing or occurring within
the Township.
Designation of an area or location requiring implementation

and traffic investigation and recommendation by the Chief of Police
or his designee, who shall be responsible for determining the reasonable
need for such temporary or experimental regulations and implementation

police regulation," and shall be erected upon or at the entrances
to the roadway or highway or affected part thereof as may be most
appropriate.
In the event temporary regulations have been imposed in emergency
circumstances, the Chief of Police shall promptly report the same
to the Board of Supervisors.
