A.
It is hereby declared to be the policy of the Town of Eaton to provide
for the safety and comfort of its residents and to therefore prohibit
activities and acts of individuals that present a threat to the public
health, safety and welfare.
B.
The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all lands within the
Town of Eaton outside the corporate limits of the Village of Morrisville.
