A. 
No person, corporation, limited liability company, limited liability partnership, partnership or entity of any kind shall, by the erection of a building, passageway, walkway or sidewalk, encroach into or upon any sidewalk, street, alley or any other area owned by the City of Truesdale.
B. 
This Section in no way limits the City of Truesdale's right to seek its civil and equity powers and injunctive relief for any action as described above.
C. 
Penalty. Anyone violating this Section shall be subject to a daily penalty of a fine from five dollars ($5.00) up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or imprisonment in the County Jail of one (1) day up to six (6) months.

A. 
Numbers Assigned. The City Clerk is hereby directed to establish and assign numbers for each building in the City of Truesdale under the provisions hereinafter set forth.
B. 
Scope.
1. 
Beginning at the west boundary of the City, the first (1st) block shall be assigned the number of 100 and each block thereafter an additional 100 to the east boundary of the City for all streets having a west-east direction.
2. 
Beginning at the north boundary of the City, the first (1st) block shall be assigned the number of 100 and each block thereafter an additional 100 to the south boundary of the City for all streets having a north-south direction.
3. 
On each block numbers shall be assigned consecutively with even numbers on the east and south sides of each street and odd numbers on the west and north sides of each street, with sufficient numbers being assigned that each building shall have a separate number.
C. 
Notification Of Owners. The Clerk shall notify every owner, tenant or occupant of the number assigned by having delivered to such building and leaving a copy with the owner, tenant or occupant a notice of the number assigned or by attaching said notice to the premises.
D. 
Numbers Posted. Within thirty (30) days and thereafter each owner, tenant or occupant shall have the number posted on said premises so as to be readily observed from the street in numbers at least three (3) inches in height.
E. 
Penalty. Any person violating any of the provisions of this Section or any lawful rules or regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), provided that each day's violation shall be a separate offense for the purpose hereof.

A. 
No communication tower shall be erected in the City of Truesdale unless it meets the following guidelines:
1. 
The maximum height of any tower would be two hundred fifty (250) feet from ground level.
2. 
No tower shall be built within two thousand five hundred (2,500) feet of another tower.
3. 
No tower shall be located in the City of Truesdale unless it is erected so that there is a three hundred sixty degree (360°) radius based on the height of the tower to insure that there is a safety area if the tower should fall.
4. 
No guide wires shall cross over any City street within the City limits of the City of Truesdale.
5. 
Any violation of this Section shall be subject to both fines and injunction.
