A. 
The following are the rules for Roberts Park:
1. 
The park is closed from 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M.
2. 
No alcoholic beverages allowed in the park.
3. 
No firearms or weapons allowed in the park, with the exception of Law Enforcement.
4. 
No horses allowed in the park. Dogs must be on a leash. Please clean up after pets.
5. 
No motorized vehicles allowed on trails or in park, with the exception of maintenance vehicles.
6. 
No signs allowed to be posted in the park.
7. 
The use of amplified equipment between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 9:00 P.M. only. Levels must be maintained at an acceptable level, to be set by park officials and Law Enforcement.
8. 
Players or spectators at a sporting event that are ejected from a game, by the umpire or field official, must immediately leave the playing area. The playing area includes dugouts, bleachers and parking lot. After the game, the ejected party may return to pick up players and/or family, but no contact can be made with sports officials or umpires. Violations will result in a charge of peace disturbance or trespassing.
B. 
This park receives federal funds from the National Park Service. Regulations of the U.S. Department of the Interior strictly prohibit unlawful discrimination in departmental Federally assisted programs on the basis of race, color, national origin, age and handicap.

1. 
The hours of access and use are from daylight to dusk.
2. 
No alcohol.
3. 
No firearms or weapons.
4. 
No horses.
5. 
No motorized vehicles allowed on trails or in park, with the exception of maintenance vehicles.
6. 
No motorized watercraft allowed on the lake.
7. 
No littering.
8. 
No swimming in the lake.
9. 
The use of amplified equipment between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 9:00 P.M. only. Levels must be maintained at an acceptable level, to be set by park officials and Law Enforcement.
10.

It is unlawful to violate any rule under authority of this Article, and any and all violations of the rules of this Article shall be assessed and considered under the provisions of Section 100.200 of Chapter 100 of the Municipal Code of the City of Cabool, Missouri.
